Great resort very clean good quality food and huge space with island and free ice creams. Love the size of the rooms and fresh towels everyday with daily room cleaning. Many a la carte restaurant to choose from but booking needed.

A lot of people complain about the food at this hotel. If you are a fussy eater then potentially you will have issues. Otherwise there is something for everybody. The hotel is clean and staff friendly. Sunbeds are a nightmare but that's the same at most large hotels. There is not a lot in the local area so if you like to go for walks into town etc this may not be the hotel for you

The slides are fab but the hotel was way to busy and it only has 1 pool unless you go down to the island. A lot of things are not included in the all inclusive. We had a good time but wouldn’t go back.

So impressed with all the staff they are so organised well trained and very polite , also very helpful even if you buy something the prices where fer .I would recommend everyone to visit Eftalia ocean .

This hotel exceeded our expectations in every way. We upgraded to a suite on arrival which was massive and perfect for a family with 2-4 children. The selection and quality of food at each mealtime was impressive. The pools and slides were perfect for the family, only downside was they were very cold in April. Only negatives were that we found the number of single use plastic bottle being used to provide water was frightening. The hotel needs to find a more eco friendly way to provide water such as reusable bottles and water dispensers.

Hotel is clean, food was poor , room lovely maid was excellent x would only go back if eating out the whole time x The village was ok x smelt of sewage as you walked to village, food down there at lunchtime was not to bad.

We arrived here at 1:30am on the 14/7/19 was checked in really fast the receptionist was very friendly we had our bags taken to our apartment and was told were we could get some food and drinks the hotel is very clean and we had a swim up room which was beautiful and clean our mini bar was topped up everyday with soft drinks and had clean towels every day the food was nice and all the staff we met was friendly I would recommend this place to people I'm looking to come back again

Lovely hotel, and amazing pool for the kids. 2 massive issue with this hotel; Issue 1: Is its food, it's an all inclusive hotel but the hotel try to force you into structured eating habit, with a lack of choice and no Kids corner offering alternative kid friendly snacks/food. No option to get pool bar snacks, you have to go to the island for this and then to be told they've ran out of hotdogs 3 days running isn't great. And the cues for food on the island were ridiculous 15-30 minute wait at certain times of the day. Kids wanted the ability to pick their favourite ice cream but you had to take what was on offer when you got to the front of the cue!! (Again ice cream only open at certain times of the day with ridiculous cues) But you could pay €1 to select any favour at the hotel pool bar and yes it's only €1 but ice cream is down as part of the All inclusive price. Issue 2: lack of evening entertainment within the hotel grounds & no kids evening disco either!! But you got this on the Eftalia hotel across the road which we couldn't access. I personally wouldn't go back to this hotel,

i was annoyed im a family of 5 i upgraded to a swim up room paid £180 got speaking to another family of 5 they paid £100 the same day my family that travelled with us paid £40 dosent make any sense and after paying for the upgrade they wanted 10 per hour to keep the room till checkout that really annoyed me and another thing i was sick of waiting in a que for certain russians pushing in they are so rude i witnessed 1 threating the life guard honestly speaking to the turkish locals at novo bazzar they are sick fed up of them aswell apart from that hotel is nice very clean i just wish there was more food for us scottish folk hotel is very busy my son has autism and was very scared of the amount of people i wish the staff would sort the ques out no one should push in apart from that everyone was great thanks eftalia ocean

So happy I went with this .... hotel Is lovely, very clean, room cleaned every day if wanted, love that there is a small fridge in the room , shower was amazing and the walk in wardrobe space is good, friendly staff, you can not never go hungry at this hotel , amazing slides so much fun. A holiday to def take your kids on .... entertainment could be better and mayb something around the hotel but wasnt something I was bothered about either.... ignore any bad reviews as I can not see how this place could even get them... loads of different nationalities and never came across anyone being rude or pushing in. Always found a sunbed especially around 1pm. Market at end of hotel. Go to konackli for a mcd and loads of shops nice little town... over on the island there is 1 bar who serves jet2 customers with spirits in the evenings but make sure you have your wristband

For a 5* hotel it does not meet the expectation. We have stayed in 5* hotels before and the room conditions were better. The room looks like the pics but bedding needs to be clean and not worn out or stained for the level of stars it has. The room was not always cleaned and the fridge was not always restocked. There are no provisions for disabled people. And the 24hour restaurant ain't that great. But the staff are polite and friendly.

If you change your booking within 24hrs you do not get online price and when you contact them you con not speak to a manager to help and they then say we will log this and get back to you within 5 days and they don't..when you ask for head office the reply is no I will log it some one will will get back to you .pay they little extra and go with Thomas cook.

Food and facilities were excelent, thats it. To get to them you will have to queue(20min ice cream, 20min kebab, 40minchicken wings- and these ones you cant get them in the main restaurant). We did not get towels at all for 2 days, staff in general seems are fed up with so many people been there. Pools are closing frequently and went they do they are closed for the day. WORST HOTEL and STAFF ever, been 3 times in turkey and in greece 2 star hotel was much better services than here.
