5 out of 5 starsI got a beautuful dress, like in the pictures. I wanted some small changes to the dress (higher back, not so deep neckline) and those all were free of charge. Also answering to questions was fast, no matter day it was. Shipping was also super fast after the dress was made (only few days to Finland) and order timeline was all in all what was promised. I am a happy customer! :)

Shany spoke with me intermittently over the space of 10 months until I was ready to purchase my dress. I had numerous customisations to the dress to fit my shape and work well around my wobbly bits. Shany had excellent correspondence, the perfect suggestions for changes and the most AMAZING DRESS.

I was nervous about ordering my dress online but there were clear directions to help take my measurements and Shany was incredibly helpful and communicative throughout the process. I opted for a tulle skirt and I could not have been happier!!! Everyone at the wedding was raving about how beautiful the dress was! I highly recommend this seller!

Is my wedding dress will be custom made?
Your wedding dress will be sewn specially, according to your order.
If you will choose the custom made option, you will receive a message from us, with a simple explanation of how to take your measurements.
When you take the measurements please wear your wedding shoes or shoes in the same height.
Please send us your measurements back after 2-3 days.
This is the approximate time we will start working on your dress.
Is it possible to make changes to the dress?
Thanks to the fact that each dress is specially, it is possible to make changes to the dress, in the custom made option.
We can make changes like sleeve length, front and back neckline height, color change of the lining and any change that will be good for you and your dress.
Please write us the changes you would like to make in a private message and we will let you know if the changes are possible.
Where are the dresses made?
All wedding dresses are made in our intimate studio, from an excellent materials and optimal working conditions.
From the moment you purchase your dress, we will go over your measurements and the special requests if there are any, and we will start a magical and special process of cutting the dress and sewing it precisely according to your size.
When the dress will be sent to me?
As soon as your dress is ready, you will receive a message from us informing you that the dress is ready for shipping.
All dresses are shipped by express shipping by DHL, with tracking number.
You will receive the tracking number from us.
To the shipping details we add your local phone number and email.
We will track your shipment together until you receive the dress.
