AP Victoria Sports & Beach

We stayed at this hotel in July this year. Hotel staff were friendly and very helpful. They helped us book excursions and were able to advise us on what kinds of things we could do as a couple with young children. The pool area was safe and welll maintained. We also had access to the pitch and running track which the kids loved. Great stay, would recommend.

Room 310 balcony was dark and shaded and got no sun at any time of the day. Room was also a bit noisy from reception area. Once we got moved to the top floor on the other side overlooing the pool it was fabulous. Lovely breakfast outside each morning and enjoyed the welcome drink.

lovely hotel, clean, rooms were very spacious with cleaners coming daily to change the bins tidy/change bedding etc, only thing that lacked was the kitchen although nice was very basic in things such as utensils etc being an apartment with a cooker I did on a couple of occasions cook as it was getting expensive to eat out every night but found that it was difficult as no dishcloth available , washing up liquid etc ok I know they probably don't expect people to cook but I do think maybe they could supply more, Anyway that was my gripe oh and no English teabags offered at breakfast apart from that a fantastic hotel, pool lovely and well maintained , staff were very helpful would go again but bring a teatowel :)

nice friendly staff and in good location.good little supermarket close by. beach about seven minutes walk but lots of steps to reach beach which is beautiful. good walks along beach vilamoura about 35 minutes just turn left when on beach or another nice resort turn right about 20 mins. we were b and b and was good hot and cold buffet breakfast. pool whilst small was adequate with the amazing benefit of watching the swallows flying show occasionally skimming the pool . ping pong table and bats available for a return deposit of ten euros and a small games room with pool table room was pretty large with a balcony air con and free safe for use. the only negative comment i could give was that the large running track attached was in a poor condition but useable but football pitch was un- useable which my son and i were disappointed with and there were no pitches nearby for footy lovers. the resort itself is lovely and quiet but with a square nearby with a small assortment of pubs and restaurants we tried all of them and were all pretty good standard about 85 euros average for family of 5 for your dinner .hire a car or bike to see more places, we drove to benagil to see caves lovely and worth the visit .albuferia old and new towns still worth a visit as was parque aventura which are all fairly close and a tree top assault course but fun. dont get local bus if theres more than 2 of you its cheaper with a taxi. i enjoyed resort myself and hope to return some time but it is quiet at night with not lots to do if your a nightlife person i would not recommend . sure if your in this hotel you will have a great restful holiday with no problems, think the whole place is in process of improvement and revamp but is lovely even now make sure you see swallow bird show its enchanting

Very good hotel could do with a bit more for kids to do but they loved the pool maybe get snacks which kids could have but overall really enjoy ourself close too the beach and square was ok but bit to far from town

Great hotel with a nice pool area, lovely spacious rooms, friendly helpful staff. It was my birthday whilst we were there and I received a bottle of bubbly and a platter of fresh fruit. Would highly recommend.
