Custom and personalized orders
I am happy to do my best to create your dream candles, but please understand that I don't accept refunds or exchanges if they are not exactly as you imagined. Due to the nature of wax, all batches and colors will be slightly different; all up to our quality standards but maybe not the exact shade you had envisioned.
Shipping
Please be sure to double check your shipping address before placing your order! The buyer is responsible to ensure orders are sent to their home or desired destination. No refunds will be given, nor additional candles shipped if original order is not shipped to the correct location. If there is a delay or missing order due to USPS mistakes, I am happy to work with buyers to get them their candles. Thank you!
