Do you refund if an order is lost in the post?

Yes, we provide a refund as long as the customer has chosen to have their order sent using the tracked shipping option that we offer at checkout (this Shipping Upgrade is Royal Mail Tracked 48 in the UK and Royal Mail International Tracked in Europe. US orders are all sent with tracked shipping). There are no refunds/replacements where customers did not choose to use the tracked service, as they are sent Royal Mail 2nd class, which is not tracked or insured against loss.

Can I have a refund for a late delivery/undeliverable order?

We provide a refund where an item is faulty. In this case, please contact us to explain the fault and provide a photo where possible. If there is a fault then we'll happily refund (or replace) your order, as you wish.

We provide a refund when Royal Mail returns an undeliverable order to us. A full refund will be offered when the address was written incorrectly by us. Where the customer used an incomplete/incorrect address on the order, we will refund the cost of the order less postage costs.

*We do not provide refunds where a customer thinks an order should arrive more quickly than it does, because we explain in our listing that a few orders are taking 2+ weeks.
