RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY:
GENERAL POLICY
• For returns and exchanges, please contact me within 14 days of receiving the item
• Buyer is responsible for all return shipping charges
• Jewelry must be unworn (trying on is ok) and not show signs of wear
• Item(s) must be returned within 30 days of receipt
Our goal is to give you something you love. If you have specific questions or in doubts of your needs, PLEASE just message me, because most of the time, we can resolve it by customizing to your needs. :)
Returns
• Sale items are not refundable.
• Earrings are not refundable.
• Original shipping fee will NOT be refunded. If your item(s) were shipped with the free shipping method, refund will be cost of items less a $5 restocking fee.
Exchanges: Incorrect Length
• If you didn’t order the correct length and wish to change to a different length, please message us for more details to see how we can help. We do charge a small fee for re-adjusting the lengths.
• Shipping is also charged separately in order to ship the items back to you.

• We accept exchanges on unworn items within 14 days of when your package was delivered.

Care tips to help keep your jewelry shiny and happy:
• Do not exercise, shower, or swim while wearing your jewelry
• Minimize exposure to chemicals by putting your jewelry on after lotions, perfumes, or hair products have dried
• Do not store your jewelry next to heating vents, in direct sunlight, or in places with high moisture
• Polish your jewelry regularly with a dry soft cloth
• Store your jewelry in an airtight ziptop bag when not wearing it
Sterling silver
Sterling silver is known for its gorgeous shine, but will naturally tarnish over time with exposure to air, sunlight, and chemicals. When not wearing your sterling silver jewelry, store each piece in an airtight zip top bag (this is key)!
Cleaning
Your jewelry can be cleaned with mild soapy water. (Use a dish soap free from harsh chemicals like ammonia or phosphates). Rinse clean and let air dry.
To remove light tarnish, a polishing cloth, such as Sunshine brand polishing cloths can be used. This will also give it some shine!
For heavily tarnished pieces, mild cleaning solutions specifically designed for jewelry can be used. Just be sure to read the label carefully to make sure it can be used safely on your specific piece.
Packaging
• All items come packaged and ready for gifting
• In order to minimize waste, all orders with multiple items will be sent in the same gift box
• If you would like each item in its own box or if certain pieces are intended as gifts, please leave us a note in the message box when you check out- otherwise each piece will be sent in the same box

• Should you need to ship faster, you can find shipping upgrades options in the drop bar menu when you checkout.

Wrong Address and Undeliverable Packages
• Please double-check your shipping address before you place your order. Items are shipped to the address EXACTLY as they are entered and we are not responsible for any errors or packages delivered to an incorrect address.
• If your item was shipped to the wrong address and it is returned to us, we can ship the item out again for you upon receiving the item back in the mail.
• We will need to charge the Standard shipping rates to send the order again.
• Missing packages marked "delivered" can sometimes be misplaced. Check with your local post office and mailman, many instances, they can locate it for you.
Lost Item + Adding Insurance To Your Shipping
• We do offer the option for you to add shipping insurance to your order at checkout. This is for domestic standard shipping only. Please send us a message if you are interested.
• All packages include tracking numbers. If somehow the item is "lost" and the tracking number says it is "delivered", we cannot replace the item if we have shipped it to the address you specified in the order receipt, unless you purchased insurance at checkout in the original order.
