This contemporary Spaniel tie clip was inspired when watching Spaniels work the fields so instinctively.
The clip is made from Sterling Silver and measures 50mm (5cm) x 6mm (0.6cm). The Spaniel silhouette is hand cut from Copper or Sterling Silver, measuring aprox 5mm (1.5cm) by 11mm (1.1cm). It's then soldered to the clip, positioned to the far right of it, as if he were gazing up at you, waiting for your next command! The piece is finished with a brushed / satin effect, which gives it a fantastic contemporary look. Alternatively, the Silver Spaniel can be treated with an oxidising solution that turns it black front and back.
This contemporary Spaniel tie clip is the perfect accessory for your tie, it's an ideal gift for owners and admirers of this breed. It's perfect for a lover of country and rural pursuits and great to mark all occasions from weddings to retirements. A timeless piece that can be worn again and again.
Each Spaniel outline is hand cut specifically for you. This means that no one piece is identical. This makes your jewellery uniquely yours and gives it character - in this case, we could almost name each Spaniel! The back of this clip can also be personalised with hand stamped initials to make it a truly personal, one of a kind gift.
* Hand stamping is created by the blow of a hammer on steel letter and number punches. It’s not as precise as engraving and so irregularities and variations in the text are to be expected. Letters may not always be perfectly aligned and some letters may strike deeper than others. This is part of the charm of these designs and makes your jewellery uniquely yours.

My studio is nestled at the top of a small valley, in the ever changing, rolling hills of the Cornish countryside and it's this location that inspires the Field and Flight collection. The history and traditions of rural life fascinate me and when I look out over those fields that now feel so familiar, I can't help but love how they are still filled with the traditions of time gone by. There is sense of community and pride that is admirable and a core value in the Field Sports community. It's fuelled by the passion for preserving a treasured heritage and I find that truly inspirational. This collection is a contemporary snap shot of Cornish (and British) countryside traditions and life!
