The 'Same Day Dispatch' option at the checkout is the fastest turnaround I can offer at the moment.

If this option is selected and your order is placed before 3 pm UK time Monday - Friday, then your order will be posted the same day. Orders placed after 3 pm Monday - Thursday will be posted the following working day. Orders placed after 3 pm on Friday will be posted on Monday (unless it's a bank holiday).

Please note that bank holidays and weekends are not working days.

Unfortunately, due to the quick dispatch, you will NOT receive a proof image with this option.

If I have contacted you with an issue or query relating to your order and I have not received a reply by 5 pm UK time via Etsy, your order will be postponed.

Personalised, customised and downloadable items are non-returnable unless faulty.

All other items are returnable if unused and in their original unopened packaging. You must inform me of your intent to return within 14 days of receiving the item. You then have 14 days to return the item. A refund will only be issued once I have received the item. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer unless the item is faulty. This policy is in-line with UK distance-selling law.

Please ensure you obtain proof of postage when returning to cover yourself should the item go missing in the post.

Whilst I cannot guarantee that your order will arrive by a certain date, I do expect it to get to you within a certain time frame. Please note, if you have ordered during a busy period e.g. Christmas, it may take longer for your order to arrive.

Your order cannot be claimed as missing until the following dates have passed:

- UK: 10 working days (Mon-Fri) after the delivery DUE date.
- Europe: 20 working days after the delivery DUE date.
- Rest of the world: 25 working days after the delivery DUE date.

Postal strike days, bank holidays and weekends are not included as working days.

To reduce the amount of waste after you have opened your order, I keep my packaging simple and plastic-free!

To protect your items in transit:
- All of my products are wrapped in compostable & biodegradable cello bags, film, or glassine paper bags and sealed with a recycled or biodegradable sticker.
- A6/4x6 - A4/8x10 prints, cards, and bookmarks are packaged in a recyclable backboard envelope
- A3 prints are packaged in a recyclable, triangular postal tube
- Bulk orders are packaged in a recyclable pip box

All of my packaging can be recycled or composted once the shipping label has been torn off. Unfortunately, the label will need to go in the general bin.

No. All of my items including physical and digital downloads are for personal use only and cannot be resold or shared with others. Commercial use is prohibited!

No, they do not expire. Your downloadable items will be available forever on your Etsy account or through the link emailed to you at the time of purchase. That means you can print out your files as often as you like, forever!

If you are having trouble locating your item or the link, please get in touch.

Unfortunately, due to the nature of digital downloads, I cannot offer refunds for these products. If you are having difficulty with your digital purchase, please send me a message on Etsy explaining what is happening and I will try my best to work out what is going wrong.

The download links will become available once payment is confirmed. You may need to wait a few minutes for confirmation after paying with PayPal or a credit card.

To access your purchased files:

- Click on 'Your Account'
- Choose 'Purchases & Reviews'
- Locate the order and click on 'Download Files' (the button to the right of the order)
The file will go to the 'Downloads' folder on your device

Please note, the Etsy app does not support downloading digital files. To download the files, you must sign in via a mobile browser or a laptop.

After the payment is confirmed, a receipt email will be sent to you with a link to download your purchase.

To be able to offer a variety of options for a product, some of my digital items are stored in zipped folders (the icon is a folder with a zip on it). The "zip" folder contains compressed files that need to be uncompressed in order to be used.

Please note, you cannot open a zip file on a mobile device.

To unzip your purchased files:

- Right-click the folder you would like to unzip
- Select 'Extract All'
- Follow the instructions on your device

If you do not have a program pre-installed on your computer, there are many free programs available on the web or on your device's store.

For most of my digital products there are 5 different ratio files (2:3, 3:4, 4:5, 11:14 and ISO), all of which can be scaled down to fit the sizes listed below:

When printing, select your paper option and click 'Fit'. Your printer will automatically scale down the product to fit the paper you have loaded.

To print your purchased files at home:

- Download the files from Etsy
- Unzip the files you would like to use (if necessary)
- Open the file
- Click 'File' (at the top of the page) and choose 'Print'
- Select 'Properties' to change the paper size, paper type etc.
Please note, for some products each file suits a different paper size (see the next FAQ for more information)

Every printer is different, therefore you may need to tweak a couple of these instructions to achieve the best result.
