As an organic substance, the NATURAL FRESHWATER PEARLS need some looking after:
1. Minimise contact with perfume, make-up, and perspiration.
2. Do not let your pearls rub against hard objects.
3. Avoid very dry or extreme heat conditions.
4. Wipe pearls gently with a damp cloth to remove body oil, which may cause pearl discolouration.
5. Do not use detergent on your pearls.
6. Keep your pearls protected in a soft material, such as velvet, satin or silk.

STERLING SILVER
To prevent tarnishing jewellery should be stored away from natural sunlight and heat, in ideally air tight box or a plastic zip lock bag made of Mylar or polyethylene.

The earrings will be sent in a cardboard gift box at no extra charge! However, there is an additional charge if you would like it to be wrapped in a gift wrapping paper with a ribbon.

I can also handwrite a custom message for the person you are gifting it to. Please check "gift message" box and include your message.

Royal Mail Second Class shipping within UK usually takes 2-3 business days.
Royal Mail First Class takes 1-2 business days.
Royal Mail International Standard Mail within EU takes 1-2 weeks.
Royal Mail International Standard Mail outside EU takes 2-3 weeks.

If you look after your jewellery well and follow our guide on caring for it properly, gold vermeil can last for years. However, you may find the plate starts to wear off after few months of continuous wear, revealing the silver base metal underneath. We will not be able to refund on your items if this happens, as this isn't a fault in the product, but rather the nature of wear and tear.

To clean your jewellery and restore its shine we recommend that you use a JEWELLLERY POLISHING cloth to gently rub the surface.
Do not use a polishing agent or abrasive compounds as using these will wear away the layers of gold.
The nature of sterling silver is that can oxidise when it comes into contact with the air and so our Gold Vermeil and Silver jewellery can be prone to tarnishing. This is not a fault and can be easily remedied. We recommend gently rubbing with a jewellery cleaning cloth to restore the shine of your jewellery and keep it looking at its best.

Unfortunately, on rare occasion the customs may hold your package affecting delivery timelines. It may take as long as 6 weeks to clear the customs. I've sent hundreds of packages abroad and I had only a handful of instances where the package was delayed about 6-8 weeks. But it was delivered safely. Also, please keep in mind that it is ongoing pandemic causing a major slow down at the distribution centers. This may also impact delivery times. Unfortunately, I cannot issue a refund sooner than 3 weeks for local shipping or 6 weeks for international shipping after delivery deadline. Please accept my sincerest apologies for any inconvenience this may cause you.

Please inform me about the damaged package within 7 days of delivery date. The proof of damaged package and damaged items must be submitted via Etsy message or email within one week of receiving them. Unfortunately, I will not be able to issue a refund without this proof. I apologize for any inconvenience this may cause you.

If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, I am happy to accept a return within 3 days of your receipt of the item and it must be in its new, unworn, and original condition. Please contact me before you ship it back. I will issue an exchange or refund, minus any shipping/handling fees. On a rare occasion a package may be delayed due to Royal Mail shipping issues or customs which is beyond my control. The item will not be refunded until it reaches 3 weeks shipped locally or 6 weeks shipped internationally mark from the day it was shipped. If you still did not get the package, please contact me and we will sort it out.
