Orders sent in the United States are shipped via USPS First Class or Priority shipping with tracking. If you need an item sooner, we offer overnight shipping in our “Upgrades” section. For international orders, please send us a message and we’ll let you know the cost to ship to your country.

We are able to re-create most of our items. Occasionally, we put designs in “the vault” and open them up for pre-orders due to the amount of time it takes to make them. In some cases, designs are retired because we can no longer get certain supplies to make them.

IllusionEars are our 3D printed mouse ear designs. They’re made out of a hard plastic and are strong, light-weight and water-resistant. Happily Ever Hatter's thicker ear design requires more time to produce, but in turn, you get a super strong product that will last for years.

Our products are made to order so you get the ears you’re dreaming of! We make designs based off of characters, movies, holidays, attractions - basically anything we can come up with. We’ve been making them since the spring of 2015 and we currently have over 500 ear designs.

Yes; we love working with customers to create their dream ears! The pricing of custom ears depends on the design and finishes. Please keep in mind that while we may create a special piece for you, we reserve the right to reproduce the design for others or to offer it in our shop if we see fit. (Please note: We will not design anything deemed as inappropriate.)
