Our current turnaround time is to ship the followng day for ready to ship items and 5 - 9 business days for custom designs. All nature inspired jewellery was designed and made by one woman in her workshop in Northern Greece and has been handcrafted using traditional lost wax casting.

Gift wrapping and packaging
Every jewellery piece comes in a beautiful handmade black box. You can always add a note you may want to send to a loved one and I will make sure to have it in package.
All items ship registered via first class priority mail services with tracking number through the Hellenic Post (ELTA).
In case you choose the Express option, items will be shipped with DHL

Care instructions
Just like you, our beautiful jewellery does need to be looked after.
Here is a small list of tips for you on how to care for your LILLY'S PAPILLON jewellery, so it will look as lovely as the day you received it.
• Skin and hair products can react with jewellery causing it to tarnish, discolour. We strongly advise applying any cosmetics and scents before you put on your jewellery.
• Remove any jewellery before engaging in any form of physical exercise.
• Chemicals found in swimming pools and natural springs will cause extreme tarnishing. Water will also contribute to tarnishing of your jewelle
• Store your jewellery separately, so that they don’t rub and scratch against each other. We do not recommend sleeping in your jewellery.
