Announcement    Hello and welcome to SOLAS WINGS. PLEASE READ All OF THIS IMPORTANT IMFORMATION BELOW, THE LISTING YOU WISH TO PURCHASE, AND POLICIES BEFORE PURCHASING.
IMPORTANT NOTE: WING COLOR MAY VARY SLIGHTLY DUE TO AVAILABILITY OF IRIDESCENT FILM. All wings will be iridescent and transparent but various tones in the iridescent film may be differ from images due to what is available. If you have any questions or tone preferences please contact before purchasing.

Turn-around time is approximately 4- 6weeks (plus shipping time)
Please contact me if you are in a rush for wings or need them for a certain date BEFORE purchasing so I can let you know if I will be able to get them to you on time. Thank you for your understanding!

** Please note I no longer send the straps, but include the instruction card if you chose to attach your own straps/elastic.

I recommend not booking photoshoots or events before receiving wings.

*** Please contact me for a more precise turn around time if needed. Depending on order volume estimated times may vary. It can be up to 4 weeks or more for creation and then consider shipping time (approximately 4-10 business days) (I can not be responsible for orders held at Border Customs). Rush orders are sometimes possible (fees may apply), please contact me and I will do my best to help you ***

Due to the nature of the material and that each wing is hand made there may be minor "imperfections". This gives them their unique and realistic appearance.

I use a coating/finish on the single layer iridescent wings (ex. sylph wings) that makes them more durable, prevent wrinkling, and will not need to be reheated.
The wings with color or detail designs have a layer of vinyl on top of the iridescent film which makes these designs a great choice for even more durability.

PLEASE be careful with weather conditions. Although they are quite durable for what they are made out of please keep in mind that they are wings made of film which is like a thin plastic. Very cold weather or hot weather/temperatures may cause damage, or going from one temperature into another. If you have any questions regarding this please feel free to ask; I may have some suggestions/ideas for you.

**Because wings are costumes there are no refunds or exchanges, but please if you have any concerns feel free to contact me.
Order cancellations must be made within 12 hours of ordering.

Please contact me for International shipping rates (international rates applied are only an estimate). Tracking and insurance will be an additional costs.

Most shipments within Canada and the US include tracking, but some tracking will have an additional charge.

*Extra shipping insurance (in the case of lost or damage package/product) is an additional fee, please let me know if you would like to add this to your purchase.

Average shipping time in Canada and the United States is delivered within 4- 10 business days... (this is once the wings are finished of course).
I ship to your Etsy address, feel free to add in the notes if you want it shipped to a different address.
** Also please understand that once they have left my hands at the post office I can not be responsible for shipping times and customs hold ups and duty charges. Solas wings is not responsible for lost or damaged shipments, please ask for adding insurance and signature if you are concerned.

Any orders made outside of Canada, please add your phone number in the NOTES/Comment section when purchasing. If you do not leave your number it will not be added to the customs form which may cause delays.
