Shirts are based on Unisex Sizing unless otherwise noted in the items description. Please review the size chart on the listing photos in every listing for a detailed sizing chart with measurements.

I respond within 24-48 hours to messages sent Monday-Friday. Messages received on the weekend (Saturday and Sunday) and Holidays may vary for response time. Please send us a message through ETSY messages and not our email because emails are not checked as often. If you don't hear back from us, please resend the message as we sometimes miss some messages due to spam messages that come to our inbox.

The customer is responsible for ensuring the shipping address at checkout is correct and verified through USPS. If the customers package is returned to me, I will contact the customer, but the customer is responsible for paying postage on the package to have it re-shipped.

Customer is responsible for inspecting the item within 72 hours of receiving the package and messaging me immediately about any defects that may appear on the t- shirt. I will not replace any items after this deadline for any reason, as by this point the defect could have occurred due to issues that are beyond my control.

Our garments are pretreated before the printing process, this makes the prints more vivid and long lasting. The pretreat needs to be washed out before being exposed to the sun/uv lights.

If it isn’t washed out, pretreat reacts in sunlight causing a permanent yellow box. If light colored garments are washed with darks or colors that bleed, a permanent dark box might appear. The pretreat may have a stiff feeling or have a slight box border, this will wash out during initial wash. Please follow these steps during the initial wash to avoid discoloration to your shirts, after the initial wash, you can wash it as you normally do.

With DTG printing, a printer directly applies the ink onto the t-shirt with inkjet technology. It’s sort of like printing on paper, except on a t-shirt. A special printer prints the ink directly onto the garment in the desired design. DTG uses specialty water-based inks, which are absorbed by the fibers of the garment. This technology leaves a smooth finish that never fades. Actual print design might be a bit less bright than the listing photo due to the print process but we try to reflect the closest brightness as possible.

Pretreat solution is applied to the shirts before the printing process, this ensures that the shirt designs are more vivid and long lasting.

We use Bella + Canvas for most of our Adult and Youth t-shirts, we will occasionally use District and Next Level shirts which are the same quality and size if anything is temporarily sold out.

Our Toddler and Baby t-shirts and bodysuits are Bella + Canvas and Rabbit Skins, they are both the same quality and sizing.

Our Adult and Youth sweatshirts are Gildan and/or Port and Company, we alternate between them depending on availability. They are both the same quality and sizing.

For our Toddler sweatshirts, we use Rabbit Skins sweatshirts.

Please note that there might be very slight differences in color/material depending on the brand.

Our turnaround time is 2-4 business days, we will occasionally change or turnaround time to 2-3 business days, please check our shop announcement for the current turn around time. Upgrading shipping does not change the turnaround time, this only changes the shipping speed.

Since all of our products are made to order, all sales are FINAL. We do not offer refunds or exchanges.
