The two suncatchers I ordered are even more beautiful in person than in the photos. They were packaged very carefully and arrived in perfect condition. How soon will my order ship?
Each piece is handmade by me when you place your order, in the order received. My current shipping timeline is 3-6 business days. I always aim to ship items out as soon as possible, but it can fluctuate depending on how busy I am that week.
Custom and personalized orders
Yes! Whether its a different color combination tweak on a current style or something completely different I love when you reach out with requests!
Your requests help me learn just what you are searching for so I can create styles and items to fill your needs!
Custom orders, including custom lengths and/or colors are not eligible for return or exchange.
Packaging
All of my packaging is made from eco-friendly recycled materials!

Free Shipping Policy -Important Info
When you spend $35 or more you will receive free standard shipping! If you would like to upgrade to priority mail, you may pay the difference to upgrade.
If you are ordering several items sometimes Etsy will automatically upgrade you to priority mail without charging for the upgraded shipping. In these cases, I will send your item by regular mail, not priority.
However, if you do actually need your items sent priority mail, send me a message and I will be happy to accommodate! This is in an effort to keep costs down, so that I can continue to offer my items at reasonable prices and with a free shipping option.
