Can I customize the design?
Yes! We can customize most of our designs! If a product is customizable, you can find it stated on the product page. If you can’t find the info or if it’s not stated, please contact us! We’ll be happy to help out!
Exchanges and Refund
All our products are made to order, meaning once you place an order –we produce it for you. Therefore, we do NOT offer any refunds due to, wrong size choice or buyer’s remorse. Please make sure to check the size chart before checkout. If there’s any other issue with your order after you’ve received it, please contact us.
When will I receive my order?
Production timelines are different for our different products and can take 2-7 business days – depending on the product type. After production, there are 2-5 business days of standard shipping.
Can I expedite my order?
Yes! Expedited shipping and production are available for some of our products!
Please send us a message including:
- the item you want
- quantity
- size
- color (for apparel)
- zip code destination
- The due date
We will reply back with all the available options for expediting production and shipping.
Shipping delays and lost mail
‘Gaby and Tali’ does not guarantee estimated shipping timelines and cannot control the shipping carrier timelines and delivery dates.
‘Gaby and Tali’ is not responsible for lost, delayed, or stolen packages. Once the tracking ID indicates an order was delivered, most often a family member picked up the package without informing the recipient, or it was delivered to your neighbor. In the rare circumstance, it's missing or stolen, you can file a claim with the shipping carrier.
Can I buy the SVG of your Artwork?
Thanks for your interest in our art! No, we do not sell our artwork or designs or allow third parties to recreate our designs in any way. Our artwork is 100% original and copyrighted. Please do not copy or reproduce our artwork.
