Soy wax is a 100% vegetable based wax with a melt point of 110 - 119 degrees fahrenheit. Skin friendly so it has the least chance of causing an allergic reaction due to its completely natural make up in regardsto waxplay. The only con to this wax is it will develop frosting over time. This frosting looks like little white splotches or 'snow flakes' as I like to call them. This frosting doesnt effect the burning of the candle, the core color or the fragrance. All in all it's a great beginner wax for waxplay and great for home scented candles due to it being safer to burn around yourself and pets thanks to the melt point and its vegetable makeup.

Returns, exchanges and refunds are done on a case by case basis. If you have any problems or concerns with an item please contact me within 3 days of delivery. If an item is sadly damaged please send an image of the item and the box it was shipped in so we can decide which path we need to take to remedy that. Depending on the item purchased I may request the original item to be returned to me as well.

I pack all my boxes tightly with a variety of material from biodegradable bubble wrap to biodegradable packing peanuts. Always open the box from the top [where the label is placed] and do so with care. Do not tip or flip the box to remove items. When removing fragile items make sure to grip them securely. Do not rely on the packing material to support the items if you lift by it. I currently do not offer any form of gift wrapping for my items. Business cards are included in every single order including those with gift messages or marked as a gift. This is done to deter drop shippers.

Please double check your address at purchase. I am not responsible for a wrong mailing address being used. Make sure your item is being delivered to a safe and secure environment to ensure it doesn't get stolen. Once a package is in usps hands and marked as shipped/delivered I am not responsible for theft, late arrival times and/or error with the postal service. If an item is returned to me and you would like it reshipped to the same or different address you will have to cover the cost of a new shipping label.

The main soap base I use is donkey milk [see individual listings for benefits and details] all in all it's a wonderful beneficial soap base. The scents used are 100% body safe and carefully measured out. Discoloration [browning] may occur in soap as it exposes to air over time due to the properties of certain fragrances. If you would like to avoid discoloration I reccomend my citrus and floral scents over others. Sadly I cannot refund or replace soaps due to discoloration since it is out of my control and unavoidable.

I accept custom and personalized orders based off of all of my listings in store. If you see something you like but want it personalized or made specifically for you please contact me so I can see if it's possible. If you want something totally different and think I'm the right person to make it also please don't hesitate to reach out. Custom/personalized orders must be paid in full before I begin making the item unless we agree otherwise.

My wax melts are 100% soy wax with a heavy fragrance load. The clam shells and tarts/shaped wax melts are prone to 'frosting' due to the wax being natural. This will not effect the melting or scent throw at all. Frosting looks like white splotches and will eventually always occur overtime in soy wax.

Always burn your candles safely. Keep away from pets or flammable items and never leave unattended. To avoid tunneling make sure you burn your candle until the melted wax pool touches all sides of the candles container. Trim down your wick frequently to appropriate height based on wick type. Never relight/burn a candle when only 1/4 inch of wax remains at the bottom. Avoid burning a single candle longer than 4 hours at one given time.

Frosting occurs on 100% soy wax candles. It appears as white splotches or matte like spots on candles. It is unavoidable in soy wax due to the natural vegetable makeup. It doesn't effect the fragrance or burning of the candle at all, just the surface color. To lessen the visual effect of frosting you can order lighter colors. This will not keep it from happening it just wont be as noticeable. The darker the color of wax the more obvious frosting will be. You can also wipe down the candle with a soft wet cloth to help with the matte like appearance.

On shaped candles the natural wick is left uncoated where it protrudes from the candle. This may cause the wick to 'fray'. A simple grab and twist with your fingertips before lighting will correct this. In my container candles all wicks are coated with soy wax and fraying will not be an issue.

Our jelly soap base is clear so some colors will be translucent in nature while others might be solid. Certain colors [for example brown and grey] are harder to achieve but we will do our best to achieve them. Use caution when removing from packaging, they tear easily during vigorous washing, flopping and are slippery. We cannot offer replacements or refunds due to mishandling. Please also be aware of your local temperature and give them ample time to cool down to room temperature before handling if your location is hot. Due to us being a small business replacement and refunds will be on a case by case basis and we hope you understand. The best time to purchase is fall, winter and spring to ensure safe delivery since they are heat sensitive

Sometimes usps will mark things as delivered then they'll show up a few days later [I've personally had this happen and its incredibly annoying]. I reccomended giving it a few days to see if it shows up if it doesn't you can call your local post office with the tracking number and they'll give you the exact gps coordinates of where and when it was dropped off so you'll know if it was the correct address or date. If it is confirmed as delivered and still not showing up sadly theft is always a possibility. Once usps is in possession of the parcel there isn't much I or etsy can do especially if its been marked as delivered. I'm sorry for any inconvenience this may cause but I must protect my small business.
