• Once you’ve purchased your tickets, please add your dietary requirements by following the instructions on the confirmation page and/or by going to Manage Booking. Please note for New Years Eve we need this information 96 hours prior to sailing, requests after this time cannot be guaranteed.
• Some tables are situated in close proximity to other diners and are pre-allocated before boarding. All tables are fixed to the floor and cannot be moved. Window tables are available which seat up to two people only. City Cruises reserves the right to change the vessel any event is operated on, while we make every effort to operate your cruise on the vessel described, in exceptional circumstances we may need to make a change.
• All of our vessels have an open upper deck and indoor heated saloon.
• New Year's Eve is your excuse to dress up! We encourage semi-formal attire (cocktail dress for ladies and jacket for men) for your night on the water. We would advise against jeans and trainers.
• The New Year's Eve event is organized by a third party and the display itself is outside the control of City Cruises. In the event of cancellation or postponement of the display, City Cruises is under no obligation to extend a
  refund of the ticket purchase price.
• Plan your journey well in advance: To be certain about your route over the holidays, be sure to check your planner at www.tfl.gov.uk or and www.nationalrail.co.uk.
