Sellers communication was always fast, and answered all my questions. Shipped very fast, I’m thrilled with how it turned out. Processing time
It is the time we need to prepare an order for shipping varies. All orders are sewn only after purchase and processing takes 3-10 working days. During the holiday or shopping marathons, orders may be subject to delay. Please be patient and wait additional working days for your order to be processed and dispatched.
We accept cancellations only if you contact us within 24h after purchase.
Shipping, Unclaimed packages
We ship worldwide and offer free shipping for all orders - Standard shipping which takes 10-15 working days. You can purchase - Express shipping which takes 3-7 working days. Usually, couriers deliver on time but sometimes the delivery time might differ depending on your location. Also, shipping delays can occasionally occur due to holidays, inclement weather, carrier delays, and other unforeseen problems.
Unclaimed packages:
If the order is returned back to us as unclaimed*, we contact the buyer and ask about the next steps - we can reship the order.
Reshipping price will depend on the delivery location, usually the price ranges from 15-35 EUR.
*Unclaimed means the item was not accepted and was not picked up at the place of delivery.
Customs
Unfortunately, we cannot foresee international taxes, so buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. We are not responsible for delays due to customs.
Information for customers from the US - no taxes up to 800USD. AUSTRALIA - no taxes up to 1000AUD. EU - no taxes.
(Please check your country's taxes policy before ordering).
Missing order policy
The order delivery time can take up to 3 weeks to be delivered, this is totally normal. If you still won't receive it after 3 weeks, please let me know - i will file a claim about the missing package and the post office will investigate a case.
If for some reason the parcel is lost and the fault is determined by the sender, i.e. to us, we return 100% of the purchase amount. If the fault is determined by the carrier, then we will cover 50% of the purchase amount. If the fault is determined by the buyer, then the purchase costs will not be covered.
We are unable to issue a refund without actual receipt of the goods or proof of received return delivery.
Returns policy
You are entitled to return your order within 14 days of receiving it. Before returning you need to contact us, within 5 days of receiving your order. If an item is different as described, damaged or defective.
The deadline for returning an order is 14 calendar days from the date you received the goods or on which a third party you have appointed, who is not the carrier, takes possession of the product delivered.
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value
Since our products are made to order and are handmade, we reserve the right to refuse returns of any merchandise that does not meet the above return conditions at our sole discretion

We do not exchange or accept returns of gift cards, fabric samples, custom orders and items on sale. Also worn, used, washed, damaged or defective items.
In order for the goods to be eligible for a return, please make sure that:
*The goods were delivered in the last 14 days, we have been contacted within 5 days of receiving your order
*The goods are in the original packaging
*In perfect condition — unworn, unused, unwashed, undamaged, undefective.
We reserve the right to refuse returns of any merchandise that does not meet the above return conditions at our sole discretion.

Refunds policy
Once we receive the items back, we will send you a confirmation directly on the Etsy platform or to the email address you provided.
We will reimburse you no later than 14 days from the day on which we receive the returned goods. We will use the same means of payment as you used for the order.
Please note that all postage and return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
