Great customer service. I asked a question prior to purchasing the pattern and heard back quickly. Pattern is easy to follow and gorgeous. My first cable attempt. The pattern and pictures are very clear.

I used Bernat Blanket yarn instead of the recommended one because the Bernat is so soft. It's a larger yarn, so I only used two strands at one time instead of six with the recommended size needles. (I ended up using just under 8 skeins.) It ended up significantly bigger than the model (about 10 inches wider and over 30 inches longer), but it still looks pretty similar and is really beautiful and soft. I love how it turned out!
