Orders sent by Royal Mail 2nd Class can be expected within 2-3 working days from the dispatch date. Estimated delivery times can vary, we kindly request your understanding should unexpected delays occur on the part of our couriers.
Currently, we do not offer international shipping.

We are proud to say that all of our packaging is plastic-free.
Postal boxes and paper tape are recyclable, while the protective packaging puffs are made of corn starch and are fully compostable (you can also dissolve them in warm water).

The only product to contain plastic are our bath bomb bundles, currently we are looking for alternatives for the bundles.

Returns
You have 7 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
Your item must be in its original packaging.
Your item needs to have a receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned
item. We will immediately notify you of the status of your refund after inspecting the item.
If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of

Every single product we have is made fresh to order regardless of whether it's a bath bomb, candle, diffusers, steamers, melts all of it is made to order.

We do not store products in containers months on end, we do not make bundles of products ready to sell for months to come. It's not what we do and we do not agree with it.
Bath bombs that are stored months on end become contaminated as aqua is mixed with them, Yuck! Not here fresh is what we do.
