Announcement
Welcome to my shop, I hope you find something useful!
You can get exclusive offers and the latest news by signing up to my monthly newsletter: https://subscribepage.io/BlueCatMum
I've just started adding reusable gift bags to my shop. If you buy 3 or more of them (any size and fabric) you can get 10% off by using the code ANY3BAGS when you checkout.
Everything is wrapped in pretty blue tissue, tied with a paper ribbon. If you'd like a gift card added, that's no problem, just let me know what you would like written on it. I can send it direct.
Due to postage charges going up, I am now sending everything by 2nd Class post. This means post may take a day or two longer than it used to, but means that I have been able to keep my prices the same. Please contact me if this is a problem, and we'll see what we can do.
I used to be known as Bluecatmum Designs, so you may find some things with this name on, please bear with me whilst I make all the changes I need to.

Frequently asked questions
Shipping
I am based in the UK, but am now shipping internationally. I do not send Tracked unless you choose to upgrade your shipping at checkout, so unless you do this I cannot give you a tracking number.
Please be aware of the following estimated timescales with regards to delivery once dispatched. I am afraid once it reaches customs outside of the UK, I can NOT be held responsible for any delays occurring.
Estimated delivery times:
UK: 2-3 business days
INTERNATIONAL: 10-12 business days
Please remember this are estimated timescales, items are NOT sent tracked unless you choose this option at checkout.
UK orders are sent by 2nd Class post
My item hasn't arrived, what should I do?
I'm sorry it hasn't arrived yet. I am sure it is on its way - I send items out as quickly as I can.
I use 2nd class post for UK addresses which can take up to 10 days, I will not refund until this time has passed. Please let me know if it hasn't arrived by then and I will sort it out. Items posted to the UK must be reported missing within 30 days, otherwise I will not refund.
Items to international countries (outside of the UK) can take up to 6 weeks.
No refunds will be made for any items that fall within this time.
Any items that are over 80 days old and have not yet been reported lost will also not be refunded.
If you have made a mistake with your address I will not refund or replace.
Gift wrapping and packaging
I try to be as eco friendly as possible. I wrap your item in blue tissue (ready for gifting) and use a sturdy brown envelope for postage. When I have it, I will reuse packaging.
If I feel the item needs it, I will use recycled bubble wrap for added protection.
Care instructions
Everything in my shop is washable on a cool wash (30 degrees) unless otherwise stated.
Dry flat. Do not tumble dry.
Cork fabric just needs a wipe with a cloth.
You can iron as necessary, but DO NOT let the iron touch any clear PVC as you will end up in a melted sticky mess, you don't want that!
How strong are the ID holders
My ID holders are made to go around your neck with a lanyard. I've never had a problem with the loop breaking, and I have used the same one for over a year. However, if you attach them onto a school bag (for example) the loop will come under a lot more strain than it was made for, so may break.
Lanyard safety
I ALWAYS make my lanyards with a breakaway clasp. There is no option to choose one with out. You need this clasp to keep you safe incase your lanyard gets caught on something.
Please read this article about why you shouldn't wear a lanyard when driving to and from work. Thank you.

What is cork fabric?
Cork is one of the greenest fabrics there is. Known as vegan leather, it's natural, waterproof, elastic, and fire resistant, and is harvested from the bark of cork trees in Portugal and Spain. Trees which can live for 300 years!
It is one of the most highly renewable and eco-friendly resources on the planet.
In fact, cork harvesting can help in the fight against global warming. When the tree is 25 years old, the bark can be harvested every 9 years, for a period of over 200 years. While the cork is growing, it is capturing carbon dioxide from the atmosphere. Each time the cork is harvested, the tree absorbs more CO2 to aid in the bark regeneration process.
