* Please note that International First Class Shipping can take anywhere between 3-7 weeks to deliver depending on the destination.

* Please understand the processing time to make your order is 3-5 business days. This is in addition to the time it will take to deliver the item depending on the chosen method of shipping.

* Choosing Priority Shipping when checking out does not mean that your order will go out sooner than the date on the receipt. Priority shipping takes anywhere between 2-3 days to deliver once the item is shipped.

* Tracking on an international package that was sent via First Class Mail will stop as soon as the order leaves the country. First Class Mail does not include tracking overseas, so if your order looks like its ‘stuck’ in one place, that's perfectly normal as that it is the day it left the country. You are welcome to choose other shipping options such as priority or priority express that would include shipping overseas. These options also come with $100 coverage of insurance.

* All items are made to order, which means that I have to create them for you once the order is received. Please check the processing and shipping times prior to ordering so that you will receive your item on time for your event.
