I needed measurements because I wanted to add Velcro dots to mirrored gold stars “tokens” vs simply ticking off with a dry-erase marker. It came out perfectly! When will I get my order?
SHIPPING | We ship within 3-5 business days of ordering.
Shipping is via USPS to offer you the most economical shipping method possible. When your item(s) ships, you will receive an email with the tracking number.
*** NOTE: We are not responsible for items lost or stolen when USPS verifies your package is delivered.
INCORRECT ITEMS | If you receive an incorrect shipment, please notify us immediately so we can arrange to have the correct item shipped to you.
Returns | Exchanges
Majority of our work is custom, so we will not do returns, refunds, or exchanges. However, we understand mistakes and damages can happen during transit.
If your product arrives to you damaged by the shipping provider, we will do our best to replace it. Such returns and exchanges due to in-transit damage will be possible based on a case-by-case basis and up to our discretion.
