Do your rings come with a warranty?
We provide a one-year free warranty on all our rings. This means that if your ring experiences any defects in craftsmanship or materials within one year of your purchase date, we will repair or replace it at no additional cost to you. If your warranty has expired and your ring requires repair, there will be a nominal fee associated with the service.
Do you offer installment payments for your rings?
Yes, we offer the option for installment payments. Please contact us with information about the ring you'd like to order and the amount you wish to pay for your first installment. We will create a unique payment link for you to make your initial payment.
Once we receive your first payment, we will begin processing your order immediately. Please note that your full payment must be received before we can ship your order. You can make subsequent payments at your convenience, but your order will only be shipped once the full amount is paid.
