If you complete your order & then notice that the address details are incorrect, please contact us IMMEDIATELY! Once an order is shipped, we can no longer change the shipping address. Orders are sent to the exact address given to us for shipping. We are not responsible for the cost of lost or returned packages due to a wrong address. If the address that you provide us is invalid & the package is returned to us, you will need to pay for shipping a second time to have your order shipped to a new address. If you choose to accept a refund instead, please note that we do not refund the cost of shipping & related processing fees that have already been consumed.

We offer beautiful & eco-friendly gift wrapping purchase option upon check out. Your package will have occasion appropriate wrapping paper. WE take extreme care & much joy in wrapping your gifts - we pretend we are giving them to our best friends!! WE just know yours will be delighted.....

If a package has not arrived within 7 days, something could be wrong. A conversation must happen between you & your local mail team. If we’ve shipped to a multi-unit dwelling, ask where packages that are too large to fit in your box are placed. Sometimes that place moves. Ask questions.

If, after asking questions, the package is still missing, a report must be filed with USPS. It is done online. https://www.usps.com/help/claims.htm#

We cannot replace the goods until a report is filed, & USPS does a full investigation & covers the cost of the loss. We are unable to re-ship products at our expense without resolving lost packages with you & your post office. We will work with you, but we will not assume responsibility for the USPS.
