The Weekend Rag Quilt is super-cute, comfy and great for gifting. And it’s so quick and easy that you can make it in a weekend! Great for beginners, or anyone looking for a quick finish with a big impact.

Difficulty: For beginners

Recommended Fabrics: This pattern is written for use with quilting cotton, flannel, or other lightweight woven fabric.

Finished Size:
• Crib: 45” x 53” (114.3cm x 134.6cm)
• Throw: 53” x 68” (134.6cm x 172.7cm)

This pattern includes clear, thorough instructions and color diagrams to help you along the way. Also includes tips for fitting and adjusting the pattern to fit your measurements. Pattern is printable on 8-1/2" by 11" paper. Pattern pieces are included, but rotary cutting can be done as well. Once you purchase the listing, you'll be given instructions on how to download the pattern immediately.

Recommended Materials:
• Quilt Top: (5) coordinating fabrics
• Batting: 90” (228.6cm) wide batting
• Quilt Back: (1) fabric

Notions Needed:
• (1) spool of thread

Tools Needed:
• Rotary cutter, cutting mat & ruler or fabric scissors
• Pins and/or clips
• Disappearing ink fabric marker or tailor’s chalk

Material Requirements:
CRIB:
• Quilt Top Fabric (5) each: 1/2 yard each (0.5m)
• Batting - 90" (228.6cm) wide: 7/8 yard (0.8m)
• Quilt Back Fabric: 2-1/8 yard (2m)

THROW:
• Quilt Top Fabric (5) each: 3/4 yard each (0.7m)
• Batting - 90" (228.6cm) wide: 1-1/4 yard (1.14m)
• Quilt Back Fabric: 3 yard (2.74m)
