Most bows and earrings are ready to ship! Orders placed before 12:00pm EST Monday-Friday, will either ship same day or next business day (the majority of the time).
PLEASE ask all questions before placing your order. If you are unsure about a size, please contact me first. I can provide extra photos next to common objects or on my daughters to give you a better idea of what will be best for you. I cannot be held accountable for sending the size bow that you ordered and it not being the size you were expecting. I have a wide range of bow sizes and styles from 2.47"-5.5" and do my best to give an accurate representation of their sizes in each listing.
Please plan ahead for Christmas/Holiday buying. USPS Ground Advantage Mail typically takes 2-7 days or more for delivery. Thank you!
Shipping upgrades are available, please message me with your address and date you need the items by so I can send you upgraded shipping options and pricing before you check out.
The majority of my bows and accessories listed are already made up. This means I have a pretty quick turnaround time. However, I keep my processing times at, 1-5 business days (AFTER payment is received) just in case something comes up and I need a few more days. However, it's normally much quicker.
Business days are Monday-Friday, excluding US Holidays. Once your package is shipped via USPS, they are responsible for your package arriving to you in a safe and timely manner. (For example: If you order on a Thursday, it could be as late as Tuesday of the following week before your package leaves to go to the post office. USPS handling times commence from there.) Most of the time I am able to get your package shipped quicker than that but please understand, I will ship out as soon as I can.
Please note: MarieGraceBowtique is not responsible for:
-Incorrect addressees. If order is sent back to me, due to an incorrect address. The buyer will need to pay for shipping again. USPS still charges the original shipping attempt and will not redeliver to updated address at no cost. Therefore, buyer will be responsible to pay the shipping fees again.
-Lost, damaged, delayed, or missing packages during transit. (If something unfortunate like this happens to your package, it is out of my control. You will have to file a claim with USPS).
-Packages marked by USPS as "delivered" are considered delivered as marked. Once your package is handed off to USPS it is literally in their hands and up to them to deliver in a timely manner to the correct address. If you have an issue with the order being marked as delivered and you do not have it, you will need to follow-up and file a claim with your local USPS. At that point it is their responsibility to either find your package or provide the refund since this would be their mistake (not mine).
I normally buy prints and focus on colors that my daughters love. If there is anything specific you are looking for, please feel free to message me to chat. I normally place custom print orders once every couple of months. They do take about 4-6 weeks to arrive to me. So please plan ahead if you need it by a specific date.
I offer several different styles and sizes for bows, earrings, hairclips and more. I also have lots of fabric options and glitter colors on hand for custom orders. (Please note, I do not charge extra for custom orders. However, payment is due in full of the customer before I order your custom prints. Also, if I place a custom order for a specific fabric and I am only ordering for you. Customer will also be responsible for paying the shipping fees my supplier charges me to get the special order. If I am placing a bulk order, then that fee would not be passed on.)
Bows are made with beautiful, high-quality pattern printed vegan faux leather and high quality minimal to no-shed glitter fabrics. Great care and attention to detail shows in each bow, all made by me. I am always searching for the best quality materials for my products, I hope you love everything as much as I do :)
**Please note, I do my best to accurately take pictures to show all colors, details and sizing correctly. Occasionally, due to your computer and phone settings colors may appear slightly different in person then as shown on your device. Also, due to some fabrics stretching slightly when cut, the final products may be up to 0.03" (inches) smaller or larger than advertised. If this is an issue, please let me know immediately (before ordering) so that I may measure your specific bows to show the exact size before sent out. I cannot be held responsible for refunding orders that have such a small insignificant difference. Thank you for your understanding. **

Please know, I do not charge additional costs for custom orders. However, if a custom prints need to be designed and ordered to accommodate your request. There will be a minimum order amount required and a non-refundable payment due before I order on my end.
Sizing details
I have several size options available for my bows, ranging from 2.5"-5". I also offer several different styles.
Earrings range in size from 1"-2.5", and I have several style options and wire colors to choose from.
Hairclips and snap clips range in size from 1"-3.5" and I have several styles available.
I do not have every style, size, color, ect that I offer listed at all times. Please feel free to message me to chat and find exactly what you are looking for!
Gift wrapping and packaging
All bow orders come in an appropriately sized box, packaged with tissue paper.
Earrings and smaller hairclips ship out in a bubble poly mailer.
All orders are shipped First Class via USPS with a tracking number. Carefully packaging your orders, so they arrive to you in the same beautiful condition they are in when I drop them off at USPS is a high priority of mine.

Upcycled good condition packing supplies and boxes are used when available.
