Hmmm, admittedly a brief stay, at night, so can't say I saw anything worth mentioning. Saturday night, found 1 restaurant still open at 9:30 pm--turned out to be a loud honky tonk--that's fine, but not when with the family. Went to the market instead and we all had snacks for dinner.

You will not be disappointed visiting Marshall.
You will not be disappointed visiting Marshall. Many renovations to downtown because of new historical sites. Must visit J Weisman Co. And other shops on Washington St. Food choices are expanding to accommodate various tastes. For family friendly or solo trip.

When we walked in the front door you could smell how clean it was. The staff is very pleasant. Our room was so quiet, that was the best part. My husband loved the pillows so much, we bought four of them. They have a great breakfast as well.

The bed linens and towels were fresh and clean. The free breakfast was very nice, including eggs, waffles, toast, cereals, ect. We found the room to be very quite at night. Overall, a comfortable stay.
