Luckily my baby was only in the mail for a few extra days and arrived in beautiful condition! I'm thrilled with my purchase and I would definitely order from this shop again.

Overall a beautiful plant ! Seller reached out multiple times to share her updates and concerns. Would buy again😊

Frequently asked questions
How long before you ship my order?
My stores processing time is 2 weeks once an order is placed and I usually only ship on Mondays and Tuesdays. If your order is placed anytime after Tuesday, your order order will ship on the 3rd week. Sometimes I am able to get orders out before the 2 week processing time but I can not guarantee I will be able to. It all depends on how many orders are being placed. Orders go out in the order they were placed which is only fair.
My plant arrived dead, now what?
If your plant/cutting arrives dead or unhealthy, please send me an email with photos of your plants attached. Purchasing living, dynamic plants online is a risk and by placing an order you are assuming that risk. Plants can stress during transit and may arrive wilted, with yellowing/brown leaves. This is normal and plants will normally bounce back once they acclimate to their new environment. If you ordered during the cold winter months and did no purchase a heat pack to accompany your plant during transit, unfortunately I can not send a replacement. For orders that did order a heat pack, depending on transit time, I may be able to send a replacement. For orders that arrive to you within a week (7 days) I may be able to send a replacement.
Do I need to purchase a heat pack during the winter?
If you are purchasing a plant/cutting during the cold winter months, a heat pack/winter protection shipping option is absolutely necessary. Per my store policies - If an order is placed during the cold part of the year and no heat pack is included... I will absolutely not be able to issue a refund or send a replacement if your plant/cutting arrives DOA or damaged/unhealthy.
What is 'cold hold'?
'Cold hold' is simply putting a hold on your order if your local temperatures are below 40 degrees Fahrenheit. We will watch your local temperatures and send your plant once the weather is warm enough to ship the plant/cutting. There is no guaranteed timeframe on when we will ship your plant. If you purchase the 'cold hold' add on, we can not tell you when your order will ship.
How do you ship my plants?
All plants are shipped in their pot. We do this to reduce as much stress as possible so your plant has the best chance of surviving. Cuttings are placed in moist sphagnum moss and then secured in a plastic bag. We then wrap the plants/cuttings in corrugated cardboard so the stems are protected and have support. This prevents bending or breaking during transit. Foam is then wrapped around the corrugated cardboard. We use packing paper on the bottom of your box to add some cushion. Depending on the plant and the time of year we sometimes use polyfil.

We love hearing from you! Though, as much as we would love to, we aren't always able to answer queries as quickly as we would like. But we strive to respond within 48 hours.
No returns, exchanges, or cancellations
Please understand that I can not take back a plant once it leaves my hands and is shipped for a multitude of reasons. Plants are a live and perishable product, and I am a small grower, not a huge nursery that can replace your plant. I am not responsible for mishandling or subpar care of the plant you receive. I take pride in what I do and can assure that you are getting an extremely healthy plant. Cancellations must be requested within 1 hour of placing your order and are subject to a 10% restocking fee, no exceptions. Please be respectful, do your research and know what you are buying before you place your order. Please fully read my store policies before placing an order. Buyers remorse is not my responsibility!!
Shipping
I ship on Mondays and Tuesdays via USPS. My processing time once an order is placed is 2 weeks. I personally go to the post office and wait in line to get all of my packages scanned and verified into the system. If you place your order any day after Tuesday, you will likely have to wait until the 3rd week on Monday or Tuesday for shipment. I can ship via FedEx by request.
My standard shipping option is USPS Priority Mail (1-3 day shipping). I highly recommend upgrading to Priority Express shipping to protect your purchase if it is:
1 - Higher in value
2 - A plant sensitive to shipping
3 - Your area is experiencing extreme weather (I prefer to hold shipments in this case)
4 - You live far away from NJ
My order has not been shipped yet. Can I get a refund?
I must adhere to my store policy of no cancellations after 1 hour of placing your order. Often times plant cuttings are taken specific to your order up a week before shipment to allow the cutting to callus. If you ordered a plant, your purchase removes this item from my store inventory and eliminates another potential sale. In addition, for packaged orders that have not shipped yet, I have invested my time and the cost of materials for packaging of the product. Unless you request a refund within the first hour after placing your order, I cannot issue a refund. No exceptions.
