How/Where do I print my digital download?
For highest quality, we recommend using a printing service, as opposed to printing at home or using a copy center.

Where can I find my digital downloads?
If you check-out as a guest: you can find the link to your files in your receipt email in your inbox.
If you're logged in to your Etsy account: click on your photo in the top right-hand corner. Go to "Purchases and Reviews" to find the download button. https://www.etsy.com/ca/your/purchases
Please note that you can't download a digital purchase through the Etsy app at this time. To download a digital file, please sign in to Etsy on your mobile browser or a non-mobile computer.

What size is the digital download?
You can find the sizes available for the listing you're interested in in the Item Description.
Many files are sold as 4 jpgs in the following sizes:
File 1 - 5"x7"
File 2 - 11"x14"
File 3 - 16"x20" (also suitable for printing 4"x5", 8"x10", 40x50cm)
File 4 - 18"x24" (also suitable for printing 6"x8", 9"x12", 12"x16")
**Some files also include 24x36 (also suitable for printing 4"x6", 8"x12", 12"x18", 16"x24", and 20"x30")

Can I sell your art as prints in my physical brick and mortar store?
Yes! Just purchase the appropriate commercial license.

Purchase is for personal use only. You may print off as many prints as you like, but I ask that you please do not share the file with others.

Help! My files won't upload to the printing service website.
Most likely this is because the color mode was changed from RGB to CMYK. To fix it, download the files again, and be sure to NOT change the color mode even if a pop-up box suggests that you do so. Files need to be in RGB color mode for most printing services, i.e. Walgreens, CVS, etc.
How does this work? I've never done it before.
