We will endeavour to create the perfect item for you and this will be as per your instructions. We may ask you what seems like a lot of questions but this is to ensure we meet all of your specifications.
Please note that we can only promise to make similar items and can not do a perfect match. This is due to the natural nature of the wools we use. All custom orders will be photographed and shown to you for confirmation of acceptance before we post.
Custom orders are exempt from returns. This is in line with consumer law.

The dreads are a natural product and as such will need to be treated with care.
They do not react well to heat (being kept in a hat for example, or sitting for periods in the bath or shower with hot running water), heat will make them fade and look washed out.
When washing your hair whilst they are installed, wash only your scalp not the dreads.
The dreads will not like to be scrubbed when wet, however a sqeeze will be fine.
This will lengthen the life of your product.

Should an item be returned after dispatch (this may include (but not limited to) wrong address on file, not picked up from the sorting office) a message shall be sent to the customer informing them that their order has been returned to us.
Should a refund be requested we shall not charge a restocking few, although we will deduct the original cost for postage from your refund amount.
If the item is still required, postage costs must be paid by the customer.
