What if my item arrives damaged?
I make every effort to ensure your items are packaged with the utmost care for a safe arrival. In the event an item arrives damaged, please contact me immediately. In order for me to issue a refund, you will need to provide the following: (1) photographic evidence of the damaged item, and (2) photographic evidence of the damaged packaging materials. Once those items are received by me, I will issue you a full refund. In order that I may file a damage claim with USPS, I ask that you do NOT throw the box/packaging away. A post office representative sometimes wants to see the packaging in person.
Vintage Items.
Vintage items typically have normal age-related wear and are not perfect. I do not perform repairs on items, and have no idea if a previous owner may have made any repairs or alterations. I am selling you the item as I have received it. I will do my absolute best to describe the item in great detail. Please read the item description thoroughly and view the photos carefully as they are considered part of the item description. Vintage items may contain materials that were considered "safe" at the item was originally produced. We have no direct knowledge of specific materials used on any vintage item being sold, and as such, assume no responsibility or liability for the vintage materials used on any item.
