1 out of 5 starsSooooo - disappointed. I received it on time, but it is about as cheaply made as possible - very lightweight and the machine stitching was very uneven with loose threads. I paid over $100 for something that looks as if it could be purchased from an outlet store for $15. The packaging for mailing was also below par. It wasn't even wrapped in anything - just put in a flat rate envelope, which cost $7.25 to mail and they charged $13.99 for shipping. The envelopes are free - so they didn't cost the seller anything to double the cost of shipping. I would not recommend this shop. After my negative review, the seller ask me to remove it. I sent the seller several pictures and now she has ask me to return it if I want to and she will refund, but the cost of shipping is on me -meaning I am out near $30 and she can resale.

I have contacted the buyer and explained materials used, quilting process and what is included in the shipping handling fees. She said she understood all that and would not have purchased if it was any different. I apologized for not wrapping it the way she would have wanted. She was still disappointed. I offered a complete refund on the price of the quilt upon return of the quilt to me. That was over a week ago and I have not received the quilt nor have I heard back from her. I sent a second message, after not hearing from her, asking her decision and I still have not had a reply.
