Items made using tulle (tutus) or felt should be spot cleaned only (excluding clothing or towels)
Items made using vinyl can be cleaned with gentle soap and water.
Embroidered or embellished clothing can be machine washed in cold water, hang to dry.
Do not use bleach on any item.

Standard store sizing used for clothing - when in doubt, order the next size up. No refunds will be given for wrong sizes ordered, or clothing that doesn't fit average measurements. PLEASE ASK any sizing questions BEFORE placing your order!

Custom and personalized orders are welcome! After your order has been placed with me, PLEASE keep an eye on your email and/or Etsy convos for communication from me. ALL custom embroidered orders will receive a proof, from me, that will need to be approved by you. If your proof is not approved within 24 hours from the time it's sent, I will need to cancel your order. Once your proof is approved, by you, I will not accept any changes or cancellations.
