What's our shipping policy?
- Free U.S. shipping on orders $35+.
- ALL U.S. orders are shipped via USPS First Class Mail with tracking.
- Before placing your order, please double check your mailing address. We are not responsible for any missing/return orders due to incorrect/USPS unverified mailing address. If your order has been shipped to an old address please contact your local USPS for assistance. If you choose to provide us with an USPS unverified mailing address, we will contact you to confirm your mailing address before shipping your order, if we don’t receive any response within 24 hours, we will ship your orders to the address you provided. We are not responsible for any issues that arise as a result of the unverified address.
What's our return and refund policy?
We do not offer returns or refunds on any products that we sell. All sales are final. We are not responsible for any damage or defects that occur during shipping or as a result of normal use. If you have any questions or concerns about a product before making a purchase, please contact us and we will be happy to assist you.
What if my order did not arrive?
1. Check the tracking information to see if it has been delayed or if there are any other issues that may be preventing it from being delivered.
2. If the tracking information indicates that the package has been delivered but you did not receive it, or if the package has not been delivered within the expected timeframe. Contact your local USPS directly to report the missing package and initiate a search. Be sure to provide them with any relevant tracking information or order numbers.
What if the tracking information indicates "package returned to sender"?
For any returned package due to incorrect/USPS unverified address, a refund will be processed within five business days to the original payment method once the returned package is received and inspected by us. 20% restocking fee and original shipping fees will be deducted from the refund amount including free shipping orders. Please feel free to contact us if you have any questions.
