1.) Ordering a nail sizing kit (available on my shop) is HIGHYLY suggested if new to press on's!

2.) Nail measuring instructions are available for viewing in the photos section of each press on nail listings if you feel confident measuring your own nails.

3.) Please bare in mind that you are responsible for your own sizing choices. If incorrect sizing is ordered, unfortunately I do not accept exchanges, returns or refunds for these mistakes.

4.) Also please keep in mind that sizing has the potential to be slightly different per each shop. Double checking your sizing based on my shops measuring guide is also suggested.

Custom orders are accepted upon request. If you are looking to create a custom order please message me so we can go over the details, what is doable, cost etc. From there I will create a special listing and send you a link to make the purchase.

If you are looking to add any additions to a set already listed on my shop, please also send me a message. an additional charge may be added for use of more products.

1.) Each Press On set is reusable if removed properly and stored in a cool, dry location.

2.) An Application & Removal instruction sheet will be included with each press on nail order.

3.) Press on Nails can stay put for 2+ weeks if applied correctly, following instruction to a T!

1.) My shop provides FREE standard shipping only!

2.) For expedited shipping "RUSH MY ORDER" must also be purchased.

3.) If expedited shipping is selected without also purchasing "RUSH MY ORDER", your order will automatically be shipped standard.

4.) Standard shipping can take anywhere from 3-7 business days.

In the event that you do not receive your package once I ship out items.

1.) You may file a claim with Etsy.

2.) Provide details within your claim that your order was shipped by my shop but you never received it.

3.) Etsy will investigate the claim to see that your order was correctly shipped out with adequate tracking information.

4.) Once this step is completed you should received notice from Etsy that you will receive a refund for your order.

5.) Refunds distributed for this purpose does not affect my shop or the funds previously received when you placed your order.

6.) If you would still like the press on set you placed your order for, you can then continue to re-order as previously! :)
