It is unfortunate that some items have arrived damaged, but we can not control how the postal service handles the packages once they leave our care. We securely package all items in bubble wrap. As these are bath bombs, meant to be dissolved in water, they will work just fine even if they are broken upon arrival. If you wish to have your purchase refunded, items will need to be returned at your cost prior to a refund being processed. As per our shipping policy, We are not responsible for missing/lost/damaged/delayed shipments.
