Hats and headwear are considered 'intimate items' and for hygiene reasons cannot be returned or exchanged. If you're unhappy with your item I will do my best to work with you, and I do accept cancellations before items have shipped.

T-shirts go into production within an hour to two hours after ordering. These custom items cannot be cancelled once they are in production, and they cannot be returned or exchanged except in the case where there's an issue such as a misprint or the wrong size sent.

Every patch is a custom item; they are made to order.

Damaged goods: Upon proof of damage, the item or items will be replaced. All items are mailed securely packed in well-padded envelopes or boxes.

Lost goods: If a loss occurs and the USPS tracking information states that the package was delivered, the buyer should contact their post office to inquire about the whereabouts of their package. If the buyer suspects that the package was stolen, they should file a stolen property claim with the USPS and local police. If a package is lost in transit and is not marked as delivered, it is the responsibility of the buyer to contact Customs (if applicable) and the postal service before contacting the shop.

We are not responsible for Customs fees or charges.

We will seek a reprint from the printer in that case. If the wrong size is provided, if an order is misprinted, if you receive the wrong item, we will seek a reprint. We do not provide refunds on these items as the printer will only provide a reprint, they will not provide a refund.
