What colors are possible for the products?
We’ve chosen the coolest leather (as per us) and these types look perfect in these colors:
black, brown, cognac, green, red, burgundy, grey graphite, navy blue, powdery pink, white
What leather do you use?
We use several types of leather:
★ matte leather Crazy Horse (grey graphite, dark blue). When the scratches appear this type of leather has a vintage look.
★ leather with protective cover, slightly shiny (burgundy, red, powdery pink). Waterproof, the scratches are not seen.
★ polished leather, Crust (black, brown, cognac, green). Really organic leather we apply a special treatment to it. Has a smooth velvet structure.
How should I treat the leather product?
If the leather product is dirty never clean it with the napkins containing alcohol or any solvent or other chemical cleaners. Use soft fabric wet with water.
The leather can be scratchy. So pay attention that if you put too much stuff inside, the product can change the initial form after a while.
Try not to wear the leather bags or backpacks with light clothes first 2-3 weeks. As the natural leather can color the clothes. And the same is regarding the products made of Crazy-horse fair leather colors and dark clothes.
What to do if the leather is wet?
Dry the leather with cotton fabric and let it dry in natural conditions away from heat. Avoid long lasting direct sun rays.
Try to use regularly the moisture-repelling sprays and gels. It will minimize the impact of water to the leather.
How should I store the product?
If you plan not to use the product for a while we recommend to put some paper inside (it will help to keep the form). We don’t recommend to store the products in plastic bags or in wet rooms. And please pay attention that if kept under the direct sun rays the leather may change the color.

Return of goods is possible only if there is a defect or damage and in case you:
- have been contacted me within 14 days after receiving the order.
- have been sent within 30 days from the receipt (at the expense of the buyer)
Refunds, exchanges, cancellation
When returning the goods, the money for shipping is not returned under any circumstances.
All shipping costs always on the buyer. The seller is not responsible for the passing of custom control. All the taxes, duties, and fees of the destination country are on the buyer expense.
1. In case of cancellation or return for any reason except our fault, we return only 80% due to nonrefundable commissions.
2. Refund will be made only if we get our item back
3. No refunds for custom orders.
4. No refunds for items from section Sale.
5. No refunds after 45 days from purchase moment.
6. No refunds for unclaimed packages.
Fast delivery
For orders under 100 usd we provide free fast UPS delivery in USA and Canada. We don't apply any extra charges, however we can't guarantee your order will be shipped this way. If you need guaranteed fast delivery - use shipping upgrade at the checkout.
Please note: all our products are shipped from Ukraine. We use Ukrainian intermediary shipping company, that dispatches everything from USA office. So your packages will have USA origin and label.
Is it possible to make it without a logo?
Yes, sure. We can apply it on the inner part of the product so it won’t be seen. Or it’s possible to make the initials or a symbol. It can be discussed.
If you don't reply about font and place for engraving, we will make with font #1 and in a better place in my opinion.
Sending items for return
The items should be packaged as securely as possible - we won't be able to issue a refund if the items arrives damaged. If it's a bag - it should be stuffed so that it keeps its shape.
The parcel's estimated cost shouldn't be high, and it should be marked as a gift, to avoid extra fees on customs.
