Once your package has been shipped it is no longer our responsibility. If for some reason your package is stolen contact USPS and file a police report for stolen goods.

Returns
I can only accept returns for misprinted, damaged or defective items. As this is a MADE TO ORDER item for you from our printer, you have 3 business days from delivery to contact me if you have a problem with your order.
Please send PICTURES of the ITEM and the PACKAGING it ARRIVED in.
This WILL BE REQUIRED for any REFUND or REPLACEMENT REQUEST (per the print provider’s policy).

Cancelations: ARE ONLY ACCEPTED WITHIN 1 HOUR OF ORDER PLACEMENT.
