Albir Garden Resort & Aquapark

Great for families and getting around was easy by bus or by bike. Facilities were very clean. Staff were helpful and friendly. The apartment was a nice size for a family. The food was reasonable. Beach was about a 15 minute walk.

Had a lovely time at the Albir Garden Resort. Stayed 6 nights. We stayed in a one bedroom apartment which had everything you need, very clean although a little dated. Water park was fantastic for granddaughter. Restaurant as typical all inclusive buffet style. Bars were great with top of the range drinks included in price. 15 Min walk to beach and lovely bars and restaurants nearby.

Accommodation dated and very uncomfortable. When it states pull out sofa bed what it means is a couch and a mattress on the floor. Bad food, no entertainment and rude Spanish guests. Hotel is overrun with football camp kids who are left unsupervised in the apartments. They are noisy, rude and disrespectful to holiday makers. When mentioned to reception about the kids shouting and banging doors they were disinterested. Pools and snack bar were the only good thing about this resort. We are not fussy eaters and like a busy resort bit this was definitely not worth the money we paid for it. Very disappointed and would not return to this hotel.

After reading some reviews about this place I was worried but much to my surprise I had a good week. The negatives are the accommodation needs to be updated . And people leaving all their rubbish around for the staff to clear up even though there are plenty of bins around this was adults.... The children at times in the dinner hall would double dip spoons into food which I can't stand bbut again down to parents not keeping an eye on their children. The pros are the food was fresh and changed everyday there was always something different on offer the accommodation was cleaned everyday and staff were fantastic very helpful.

We stayed here for a week. The hotel staff were friendly and helpful. Pool area was 👍. The food was plenty with lots of choices even though my teenager was not keen on it but he survived. The accommodation was clean (could do with updating) and maid did a good job. The only downside to this holiday was the evening entertainment which is rubbish and mean rubbish and very repetitive...same crap every evening. Alcohol was plentiful. We have been here two years running and will not be going again (2nd stay was more enjoyable).

The toilets near swimming pool where always dirty Meals , i would give the buffet meal 5/10 Kids activities not as described on the website The water was not very clean as my kids got some sort of infection when we return home I would say the sofa beds are not the most comfortable thing

Great value all inclusive holiday...evening entertainment not brilliant but kids enjoyed it.... Water park is fantastic... Rooms are basic but clean...food good.... friendly staff and fantastic service from jet2

Clean & tidy hotel pools are amazing & the water park is awesome!!! Food is ok nothing special but always found something I liked & was always laid out lovely. Entertainment let this hotel down its was awful the mini disco was ok but that's about it. Not a massive choice for All inclusive but done the job. Rooms were ok a bit dated but again it is a 3*** so wasn't expecting much it done the job. Word of WARNING if you are traveling with SN infant they charge you 7euros a night for a cot it's the hotel policy so wasn't there fault we wasn't informed by our travel agent about this otherwise we would of brought a travel cot with us !! Also the hotel DOESNT supply pool towels another thing we had to go buy 🤦🏼‍♀️. Safety deposit boxes are available in the reception but are very small & annoying not being in your room. Overall was a good family holiday !

We arrived to a dirty room. The hotel was too crowded. Food was Luke warm and the same most days. My Husband and 4 year old suffered upsetting tummy bugs. My 9 year old suffered double ear infections from the pool. Day of departure I witnessed the pool attendant sweeping water into the pool. Would never visit this hotel or even resort as we had such a poor experience. The hotel is very tired looking. Reception staff didn't seem bothered about anything and not helpful at all. It's back to Tomson holidays for us in future. Miss the presence of a rep in the hotel.

the apartment was basic but clean but did not have enough storage, the entertainment was awful on a evening and most of the time there was huge queues at the bar . the food was basic and we have had better all inclusive but the main bad point of the dining area is that is was so hot in there. The pools are fantastic and albir is a lovely place , the hotel could be great if the entertainment and dining area were better

Planned holiday with my wife to meet my daughter, son in law and their boys aged 7 and 3 at the hotel without their knowing. Arrived Saturday afternoon. Quick check in. Advised that they do not provide pool towels despite this being indicated on Jet2 website. Had to buy pool towels. Disappointed that safe deposit boxes were in reception not in the room. Room in I block. Very conevenient for everything but far enough away from the reception building where the outdoor entertainment was of a night so not disturbed Room good size and kept very clean. Good power shower in bathroom but no bath. Daily maid service very good and friendly. Pool area gets crowded. Stayed on one of the grassed areas which was better. Plenty of sun beds but lots were reserved as early as 6 am. However sun beds most uncomfortable we have ever used as the backs have no facility to sit up. Brilliant water park for all inclusive guests at the back of the hotel Food OK but not very adventurous and was repetitive. Too much pork at lunch and dinner. Quality not great. Prawns some were still frozen. Decent snack bar in pool area. Very good burgers. Good restaurants outside hotel, particularly Santorini - Greek and Transylvanian -Romanian. General staff work very hard but could be more friendly. Restaurant staff do not clear used plates from tables quickly enough. Quick service at the bars but drinks weak. Enjoyable family holiday but would not revisit

The hotel was far too busy and very impossible to get a sun bed around the pools and water park, (we were there last week for 7 days and didn't once get a sunbed) so we ended up buying a few to sit on the grass. As for the restaurant where you went for all yr meals, well that was terrible because we had to que every time we went into the restaurant then it was a mad rush to try and get a table which was ridiculous and then everyone pushing to try and get something to eat ( in all the years I have gone all inclusive this was the worst experience I have every gone through), we paid a lot of money to have a lovely weeks holiday and it didn't go that way and cost us more by eating out several nights so I would never go back to the Albir garden compiles again.
