***SHOP POLICIES***

SHIPPING
Order processing time is usually 1 business day, unless otherwise notified or during our holiday season (Oct-Jan). Order processing could then take an additional 2-3 business days. I strive to provide quick order processing but sometimes due to the number of orders I receive or other issues outside of my control, it may take longer. Please note that orders are shipped using the United States Postal Service (USPS) or UPS (*depending on the weight of the package) Monday through Friday. In the case of a holiday, orders are shipped on the next business weekday. If the product is out of stock please allow 5-10 business days for products to be processed and shipped out.
We will try our best to notify you if this happens but this is not guaranteed.
When your order ships you will receive an email or message containing your order tracking information so be sure to enter your correct contact information (email address) when placing an order.

*Please note that business days for shipping and processing times do not include weekends (Saturday & Sunday) and holidays.


GlassWing Organics do not hold responsibility for packages that have been delivered. I do not issue refunds for packages that say they were delivered. I also can not give refunds for shipping delays, lost mail or other shipping problems. Please do not ask for a refund if your shipping is unresolved. I can not give a refund if your shipping is delayed. I will assist with filing a claim and if that results in a reimbursement I will refund your order at that time but once I ship your package any shipping issues other than broken or damaged merchandise is between you and the post office or shipping service you choose when you placed your order. Please understand, I will do everything I can to help resolve these issues. I am usually able to help resolve them without too much of a delay or issue but I can not take responsibility for your shipping service or issues relating to them that are outside of my control.
If your tracking information states your package was delivered and you have not received it, you must address this with the United States Postal Service at 1 (800) 275-8777 or the shipping servicer used to deliver your package. That is the quickest way to a resolution and this will help me, help you, if a claim need to be filed.

If your order is returned to me due to incorrect address or error on your part, there's a re-shipping fee that will be charged in order for me to reship your order so please double check your address before you submit your order. If a refund is requested for a returned order we will refund you for the price paid minus the shipping cost.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
All international customs, taxes, and other fees are the responsibility of the customer. The cost will vary by value and country, so please be aware of what to expect before purchasing. Refunds are not given if a package is refused due to customs fees or any other reason.

CANCELLATIONS AND ADDRESS UPDATES (AFTER ORDER HAS BEEN PLACED)
We pride ourselves on how quickly we ship orders. Most of our orders ship in 1 business day. We also receive lots of messages, sometimes over 100 each day. We answer messages in the order they are received, so it may take at most 48 hours before we see your message and during our busy season it could be longer.
Because of how quickly we ship (24 hour turnover rate), we can not guarantee we will receive your order cancellation request before your order ships. This is why it is extremely important to wait and place an order when you are sure you want it. We can not issue refunds or credits for cancellation request that are not received before an order ships. We try to scan our messages every morning before we process orders so if you need to update your address please be sure somewhere in your message you state "ADDRESS UPDATE" or if you are trying to cancel please be sure somewhere in your message you state "CANCEL / CANCELLATION" because these are the only (3) words we scan for. Once an order has been processed we are unable to make any adjustments and please keep in mind all sales are final so be sure you are ready to submit your order. Cancellations are not guaranteed and we have an "ALL SALES FINAL" policy, see below for more details.

REPLACEMENT ITEMS
If an item arrives damaged, please let us know within seven days of the date it was delivered and we will ship a replacement item to you. After 7 days, we will no longer be able to assist you.
Please be sure to send a photo with your message that shows the damaged item/package so we can verify, understand and improve any shipping issues.

​RETURNS
All sales are final unless an error occurred on behalf of GlassWing Organics.
No returns will be accepted or refunds will be provided. Be sure to read the “item details” in full (located under the product listing) before making a purchase.
If there is an issue with your order, I will happily work with you to find a solution so please contact me within (7) days after your order has been delivered. After the 7 day period has passed I will be unable to assist with any issues you have with your order.

If an order is returned to Glasswing Organics for address discrepancies / refusals / undeliverable locations etc. we will not be liable for shipping fees and additional reshipping fees will be the responsibility of the customer. If you wish to have the order refunded it will be less the shipping fee Glasswing Organics paid initially for the shipping of your order.

Products and product information are not intended to treat, cure, prevent or diagnose any medical condition. If pregnant or nursing, or are concerned about a particular health condition, please consult your physician before using our products.
All of the products sold and/or created by GlassWing Organics is made with organic all natural ingredients. Organic food is grown without the use of synthetic chemicals, such as human-made pesticides and fertilizers, and does not contain genetically modified organisms (GMOs). Many of our natural herbs are wildcrafted. This means they can have insects or other living things on them when they are gathered. Many of our natural herbs are also gathered by hand so you may find strings from the sacks they are collected in and other plants that are in the vicinity of where the herbs are grown. We do our best to sift these things out when we are preparing our products but sometimes, we may miss something. This is one of the downsides of choosing organics products over processed products. We just want to make you aware of this as if you find things in your natural herbs, we will be unable to refund you for that product.

​FRAGRANCE & TASTE PREFERENCES
No refunds, exchanges and/or returns will be issued or accepted as a result of personal opinions or preferences in regards to fragrance or taste.
Fragrance, like taste, is a matter of personal preference and is perceived differently by each individual. It’s also important to keep in mind that how a fragrance smells on the skin and how long it lasts is ultimately determined by each person’s unique body chemistry, not the fragrance of the product.
All fragrances and taste do not work well for all people and that is the risk we choose to take when purchasing scented and flavored products online. ​

NATURAL PRODUCTS & WEATHER
I do not use stabilizers in any of my products. Everything is completely natural which makes it vulnerable to the weather. Shipping during cold or hot weather may cause freezing or melting. This will definitely alter the texture of many of my products... specifically my whipped butters & soaps, moisturizers and hair creams. If the product has melted when you receive it, put it in the refrigerator for a few minutes so it can resolidify. If the product is frozen, allow time for the product to heat up to room temperature. Melted butters may appear half full in the jar but you are not receiving less product. When the product has melted it is no longer whipped and will become thicker like a balm, so you will not need to use as much of it.
I will not reship or offer any refunds for products that melt during shipping. Melting does not affect the wonderful skin nourishing benefits and the products are still completely safe to use.

SEA MOSS GEL & HOT WEATHER
Sea moss gel is good unrefrigerated between 5-7 days. After that time period it will start to go bad and eventually spoil. When shipping sea moss gel during warm and hot weather we will freeze the sea moss prior to shipping and store it in a temperature control pack that will help maintain the temperature up to 48 hours while in transit. This will help cut down on the amount of time the sea moss is in transit at temperatures higher than normal room temperature.. it will also limit the likelihood the sea moss will spoil while in transit.
IT IS NOT REALISTIC TO EXPECT YOUR SEA MOSS GEL TO BE RECEIVED COLD OR COOL DURING HOT WEATHER SEASONS.
We will not offer refunds or replacements for sea moss gel that is received warm or hot. We only ship sea moss gel to addresses in the United States where all transit times average 1-4 days. We have taken all of the best advanced measures to insure your sea moss will not spoil while in transit as long as it is delivered during normal transit times (5-7 days).. so there should be no concern about this. If you are still concerned, please do not order sea moss gel from us during warmer/hot weather seasons. Again, we will not offer refunds or replacements.
Sea moss comes from the sea and the natural smell is not very pleasant. We will not offer refunds for sea moss you feel smells bad. Smell like taste, is a matter of personal preference and is perceived differently by each individual. Please refrigerate your sea moss gel promptly upon receipt for at least 12 hours before opening or consuming during hot weather seasons.
