Frequently asked questions

Custom and personalized orders

Custom orders are welcomed but are best put in at least 4-6 weeks ahead of the date you need them. Some products will be quicker but generally custom soaps are a few weeks.Contact us for details.

Sizing details

Our soaps are all cut at between 5 and 6 ounces, weight will vary due to curing.

Care instructions

Handmade soaps last a lot longer when allowed to dry between uses. We suggest purchasing a cedar soap deck to allow them to air dry.

Lotions should be kept out of high heat and direct sunlight. Please be aware of the Use By date on the label.

Gift wrapping and packaging

We package well to decrease the chances of any damage being incurred. All packages are packed with paper shreds and are gift ready on the inside. A fun package to open!
