In most cases, returns and exchanges are not accepted! Each sign is custom to what your size, color, and wording preferences are so exhanges would require a complete remake of the sign - If you have a problem with your order, please reach out and I will help find a solution!

Cancellations can be made within 24 hours of your order. After that 24 hour window, there will be a 10% restock fee that is nonrefundable.

Nochta Boutique is not responsible for ANY shipping/delivery delays. Once the package is sent, there is no guarantee that USPS or FedEx will deliver the package to you on the estimated delivery date.

***TIP : Make sure to measure out the size of your sign & double check wording/spelling so issues are avoided!

In RARE cases: Please send me a message within *24 hours* of the delivery notification provided to both the buyer and seller via USPS. Please keep ALL PACKAGING and CONTENTS of the package and you will be required to send photos of the interior and exterior of the package, all shipping and packaging materials within the package, and a few photos of the damage itself. You will verify the claim through a verification link.

If you choose to get a refund, you will need to return the sign within 48 hrs./BEFORE your event date and will still be required to follow the insurance claim information noted in the above statement. Rush processing is a SERVICE and is nonrefundable. Failure to return before the event *will disqualify refund eligibility*.

When Alyssa found out about the problem she went above and beyond to help me when I had trouble understanding the process. She turned in the pictures to the insurance and whether I get a refund or not she did everything she could! I really appreciate it!!!!

Thank you so much for your feedback, William. I would like to note that I reached out to William within hours of his review and heard nothing back. Unfortunately, the buyer only wrote "William & Hannah" in the personalization section. Per the listing details, the buyer must write ALL personalization and the sign will reflect exactly what is written in the box. Because each sign I create is fully customized (reflected in the photos), I could never know that a customer would like additional wording written on their sign if they do not include the wording in full. Please make sure to read all of the listing information to make sure you are getting exactly what you want! That way, you can be sure to avoid any errors in the ordering process.
