If you checked out as a guest, the downloads link will be in your receipt email. Sometimes, there's a delay in receiving the email. If you don't receive the email after 30 minutes, send me a message.

The sizing refers to the aspect ratio.

1x1 can print up to 30"x30"
2x3 can print up to 24"x36"
3x4 can print up to 24"x32"
4x5 can print up to 24"x30"
11x14 can print up to 22"x28"
ISO (International Standard Size) can print up to A1 (23.4"x33.1")

Printing at a bigger size than these will result in a lower quality grainy image. If you need a bigger or different size, message me and I'll provide free of charge!

• At home. I recommend heavyweight photo paper or cardstock of at least 192gsm. Final results depend on ink and paper quality.

• Local print shop. Upload the file to their website and pick it up in-store or have it delivered to you. For some shops, you can email the file or bring it in on a USB stick.

Due to the nature of digital items, once the files have been downloaded, there are no refunds / exchanges. However, if there are any problems with your files, please do not hesitate to contact me!

If your package was undeliverable due to incorrect address provided, no answer to door, or any circumstance out of LittleHappyPrint's control, you will have to pay the shipping cost to have it sent out again,
If you do not wish to have it sent out again, there are no refunds.
If the undeliverable package was due to error on our side, we will gladly send it out again to the original address at no additional cost to you.
