How can I download my item?
You can download the items by:
- using the download link sent to you by Etsy via email
- going to your Etsy account, under Purchases and Reviews; find the order and click on Download Files.
If these methods don't work for you, send me a message and I will send you a download link via Etsy chat.
How can I print my file?
- you can print it at home, using your home printer;
- you can use an online printing service such as shutterfly.com, mpix.com, finerworks.com;
- you can go to a local printing service such as Walgreens, FedEx, OfficeMax etc.
What paper should I use for printing?
I recommend going with matte thick paper or card stock, anything around 170-200gsm.
What file should I use for printing?
The file you use to print depends on the size you want. Please make sure you use the correct ratio for the size you print on.
There is a list of sizes for each file ratio on the product photos.
If you don't find a ratio good for the size you need, please let me know and I will resize it for you.
