24cm Oak plant stand with Free Shipping in Australia

Wooden pot plant stand inspired by classic design. This elegant stand is perfect for any room and will add some style to any pot plant.

This 24cm plant stand is the perfect size for adding some greenery to an space.

These stands are all handmade and come a variety of timbers and finishes. Oak, (Walnut, Black Japan and Pine (note walnut and black Japan are stained pine)- sorry these variations are sold out). An image showing the finishes is above (note: the image shows 16cm stands)

Stands are finished with a coat of oil.

As these stands are handmade and timber, grain and colour of wood will vary slightly making each stand unique.

Each stand is nail and screw free. Traditional joinery techniques have been used allowing the natural strength of the timber to be harnessed.

Dimensions:
Height - 29cm
Width - Suits 24cm pot (9 inches) with 1cm of wiggle room (overall width 29cm)

Assemblage:
The stands come shipped in two pieces that lock together in the middle. It is designed to be a firm fit. If you’re feeling up to it, a small amount of PVA glue will secure the joints together for added stability.

The woodwork is good and the plant stand looks nice but I think I should have bough the smaller 16cm one based on other reviews. The 24cm plant stand is quite flimsy and one of the legs had detached. I used superglue to put the leg back and also put some in the middle trying to make it more sturdy. The glue didn't do much as there was too much room in the middle of the stand and the legs kept on moving a lot. I put a piece of cardboard in between the two wooden parts to make it more snug.
