I am so happy with it and it arrived quicker than I thought it would which was perfect. Bc it was a custom size I did interact with the seller and before and after the sale the seller was very responsive and very helpful. Highly recommend.

Frequently asked questions
What is estimated time of arrival?
It depends on destination country and shipping method. An average time with express shipping is 7-14 days, with standard shipping 4-5 weeks.
If you need your item till the exact date, please contact me to find out if it's possible
According tracking item was delivered, but I haven't received it.
Not all carries provides "signature required" during delivery, so your item can be left near front door, on the back yard or so.
First of all check all available places where parcel could be left in your absence. Ask your neighbours.
If parcel was not found contact ASAP your local post office depending on carrier (you can see it right in your order) and inform that you haven't received your parcel. Most carriers have possibility to create an inquiry online.
If carrier can't locate your parcel inform us for filling a claim. All our parcels are insured and if parcel was not really delivered we will refund the cost or send another item.
In this case waiting for investigation results is required.
Item received damaged.
Despite of our thorough packaging damages during shipping sometimes occur!
Don't worry, we insure all our parcel and replacement or full refund is guaranteed! The only thing the customer should do for resolving the situation is to fill damages report (document name may vary depending on country and carrier).
If damages were detected during delivery ask courier to fill the report at once.
If parcel was delivered in your absence or damages were detected after unwrapping contact your local post office as soon as possible to find out how to register detected damages.
Do not throw out packaging and damaged parts, it may be needed for damages confirming. Make pictures of packaging and enclosure.
