Promptly received. Well packaged. As always, the quality of this hat is great, (I have 3 others). The color was a bit yellow-er than pictured; it appeared to be more green/chartreuse in the pictures, (though likely due to my computer resolution). Nonetheless, I'm satisfied. Can't wait to rock it with the matching bralette!

I've been a buyer on Etsy for a long time (and at some point a seller) and have had smooth pleasant encounters, till now! I got a pair of masks and the hat. Masks look good! The hat however was tiny for my head, so if you have a somewhat 'large-sized' head, be weary! It also doesn't stay in place but falls down your face and blocks your sight, so you need to keep holding it up. Issues are normal to have with some purchases but it's the seller-buyer relationship that matters more than anything. So I wasn't bothered much and decided to contact seller for return/refund. This seller never ever replied to my messages! I opened a case, and the turn-around time was non-existent, each time I had to send 3 replies for the agents to reply back. The seller I believe was then forced to chime into the case but ghosted right after :(
