As a small business, we can't absorb damages from unforeseen circumstances. Therefore, as a protection for you & us, we have made all packages over $65 are fully insured with USPS Postal Services. A lost, missing, or damaged package claim can be processed to receive a full refund in the event of a loss.

You can file a claim with your local post office to receive the fees lost easily online or via mail if you prefer. You simply file the claim and then bring the package to your local post office for inspection.

International orders usually take anywhere between 3-6 weeks to be delivered depending on the destination, so I usually ship them next day so you can receive them as soon as possible.
